Great packaging and communication. TV working as advertised. My only complaint is just why put the sticker on the screen of the TV? My son was so excited to receive it and plug it in, but I had to sit there and scrape off a sticker with cooking spray first. Just so unnecessary. You could’ve put that sticker anywhere else, ha.

There was an issue with the order—a bummer, but it happens. When the item arrived, despite very secure packaging, it didn’t work. However, the seller’s response was very quick and they offered (and processed) a full refund within hours of my letting them know. You can tell a lot about a person or business by watching how they handle problems or adversity. In this case, I learned this seller puts the customer first and makes things right. That’s an A+ in my book.
