There are two concerning items, there should be more use of washers for the bolts and nuts and the lose fit of the hydraulic cylinder piston shaft where it moves around too much when operating the lift. Had to insert two spacers to limit the side to side movement.

THE NEIGHBOR LADIES CARRIED IT UP TWO FLIGHTS OF STAIRS, WHICH I FELY OBLIGATED TO COMPENSATE. THE LADIES DID IT BEFORE I GOT HOME. NOT COOL OF THE DELIVERY SVC TO LEAVE IT ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR. BRING THE RIGHT EQUIP THANK YOU ALL RANDALL SARRATT

Had good communication with seller and was able to receive a refund for the 2nd wheel bearing. I would order from the seller again because they took care of me and resolved the situation!
