They communicate badly only once per day and only 4 days per week. I think there is a language problem. I bought another pump from another seller and installed it just a few days. They wanted me to pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee for a defective pump. I would not buy from them again. Worst Ebay purchase in over 20 years. This is only my 2nd Negative feedback
