The Seller indicated this item was sent out immediately, and supposedly the US Postal Service lost the 1st package; I think the Seller forgot to ship the 1st package. I informed the Seller that I never received the item, and that I wanted to cancel the order and receive an immediate refund. Then the Seller decides to send a 2nd package even though I asked for a refund. Follow directions in the future. Thank You.
