Long battery life
Small form factor
Exceeded expectations for battery life, screen size
I upgraded from a Pixel 3 to a Pixel 4, not really expecting it to be that different. (My Pixel 3 was on the fritz and I saw a good deal on a P4 on eBay.) But it's way better. The battery life is way better than my old 3 -- charges in 15 minutes and lasts all day. And although the two phones are almost the same size, the Pixel 4 uses the full screen, while the 3 has unused .25" bands across the top and bottom.

Great phone but
Bought it brand new in August to replace my 3a that id been happy with but shattered the screen on. I put my 4a in a case with a screen protector but today the 4a screen just went non responsive and hard resets and everything doesn't help. So im back to my busted up 3a for now. Hopefully the 4a is repairable cheaper than a new phone.

Pixelicious!
I'm a Pixel girl, for sure. Everything transfers successfully and smoothly by just entering my Gmail info. So far, so good. I had read the reviews on the 4a compared to the 4, which I feel I made the right decision. Few things to consider based off of my review; 1) I'm not entirely sure what 5G's capabilities are vs. 4G (nor am I interested, If it ain't broke, don't fix it), 2) I'm rather simplistic, aka cheap, so the price difference of the models appealed to my income to outcome ratio, 3) I went from a first gen Pixel that I had for 3 years and absolutely adored, and upgraded to the 4a. And I gotta say... I'm rather impressed. Battery life is MUCH more appealing than previous generations, I like the speed of getting from app to app, and the camera is quite great in my opinion. Still has the finger print login option which is convenient. I did buy the phone used. However, I still have not seen any flaws, other than my own, trying to operate it with lack of knowledge of the software updates compared to my first gen Pixel. Also, my favorite feature is that I am able to block calls from unknown numbers. When you have an ex-boyfriend stalking and calling you daily it becomes an important function to have on a phone. Super easy to search online for screen protectors and phone cases, many styles available within acceptable price range. Storage is more than enough to accommodate for my daily life routine. Even works great connecting to Bb for school. Anyone who ever purchased the Pixel 2 and bailed on the Google made phone, I suggest you give them another shot. This is a good buy!

Only a day but happy with the refurb 4a!
Only been a full day, but so far impressed with the 4a refurb unit! Battery life seems decent, just switched the SIM card from my Pixel XL. Have to qualify things and say that most of my use has been in-home on Wi-Fi, but still a noticeable improvement compare to the old XL. First thing I noticed was the speed improvement. Everything from email to texting. Also have used for a few actually phone calls, and there seems to no lag as is sometimes experienced on calls. Even with Wi-Fi. Although the 4a is smaller (and lighter) than the XL, the display is easy to adapt to. I did adjust the font size, and that helps a lot. My initial impression was that I didn't like the smaller form factor 4a. Now I'm used to it! The good news is that I can continue to use the XL in-home over Wi-Fi as a mini-tablet device without the SIM installed. So I'll continue to use the XL.

Small and clear
I am just an average user of cell phones. I like this one because it is on the smaller side. The battery is strong and lasts all day and the picture quality on the phone is great! The best feature for me is you can still activate the 3 button function feature on the bottom of the screen. I don't like swiping the phone all the time so it is great. Overall, it is a real handy little phone with an awesome camera.
