    We made an honest mistake and sent the wrong style pant since we had two styles of Torn By Ronny Kobo Pants. We made it right refunded the buyer We do not falsely advertise. It was just an error on our part and took responsibility. This buyer was quick to leave a negative feedback and was unreasonable. Never contacted us first. Guess she NEVER makes mistakes. We sent her a feedback revision request and she did not respond. Not much more we could do
