It was packaged securely in a small box with foam protecting. It didn’t come with the programming instructions as stated in the description but I was able to find them with a quick google search. It programmed the first try and worked for one day on the included batteries. Installed new batteries and it has worked flawlessly since. The price was great. Definitely would buy from this seller again.
