"Spend more to get more"
This product is supposed to extract honey from shallow frames. It appears to have something missing that would hold the frame in place. Every time I turned it on, a frame would shift to another position and cause the comb to break. I had to put rubber bands on the frames to hold them in place. Somebody said you need to sling the frame for 5 minutes. With this extractor, I needed to sling the frames for at least 30 minutes.
