    Good quality as well as good value when compared to other brands.

    I'v been a Saw Palmetto user for many years and have used several different brands. This Saw Palmetto from Swanson seems to be more effective at reducing night time bathroom visits than others that I've tried. This could be due to the dosage listed in the Swanson capsule of 540MG. Other brands that I've used have a lesser amount of the actual berry.

    Of course the drug companies will tell you this doent work. Well it sure works for me. Can't remember the last time I was able to sleep though the night without having to get up to urinate. So far I have been sleeping all though the night since using this!
