Great for warm lather
This is NOT a hot lather machine. The heat has been dialed down on these machines some time after its introduction due to complaints that the lather was too hot. Awesome hot foam - makes face smooth

Tepid lather at best
Apparently Conair redesigned this lather heater. It looks the same as the older models, but it doesn't hear the lather very well and the dispensing of the lather takes a LOT of pressure to get just a slow lather flow.
