Before purchasing, I contacted them and received confirmation that I would get the item listed. However, I received a different product. After opening a refund case, they offered a partial refund, which is not what a buyer should expect in this situation. Lastly, I returned the parcel on May 23rd using Royal Mail 48-hour service. As of today, June 1st, I still have not received a refund.
