The seller stated that it was being sold for a 3rd party with its condition unknown. On a test track, it failed to run, after which I discovered the plastic motor mount had shattered due to age and/or jostling in shipment. Hooked to a DC power supply, the motor worked well and with some repair and TLC, it shou be back in order. Excellent communication and experience with this seller.
