I live on the stuff and have for years. It was a lot cheaper years ago when it was only available by prescription. It's fairly expensive when taking 4 a day. It keeps my sinuses open and that helps cope with allergies. I know when I forget to take it because I'm all stuffed up and start getting a headache. My review is very simple. Mucinex works for me. I cough a lot when laying down to go to sleep and it does wake my husband which also makes it harder for me to get to sleep.
