It doesn't have a counter, nevertheless it's a good value for the money. The item came with a protective case that protected it's appearance. My only gripe is the shipping and delivery times. This seller originated the shipping ticket on the 7th and reported the item shipped. The truth is, the item cannot honestly be called shipped, when it takes an additional 5 days for the carrier to take delivery of the item. BAD!
