    USPS is an undesirable carrier selection. Shipping should not be charged to the customer if not recieved within target date. We have obligations to have repairs done within a set time frame and usps package carrier is not a customer oriented service. Usps has a 10% delivery ontime rating. In my opinion, companies that deal in large quantity shipments should hold carriers responsible. The product is of personal use and fine.

Prior to purchase I asked the seller if I purchased three items could I only pay one shipping cost. They responded yes and I purchased three items however, I was charged three shipping cost and two were never refunded to me. Please see attached communication with the seller.
