After a few days I politely asked if the item had been shipped. Instead of simply answering, the seller responded in a rude and dismissive way, saying that I was “bothering” him, and then cancelled the order. I even apologised and explained that I am not an experienced eBay buyer and that I was satisfied to wait. Despite my apology, the seller went ahead and cancelled the deal anyway. This was extremely disappointing.Reply from: goldenagecycles- Feedback replied by seller goldenagecycles.- Feedback replied by seller goldenagecycles.This buyer harangued us with three emails in just over 24 hours, (not 'after a few days'), even though the listing clearly says we dispatch within 5 working days of payment. I've received no 'apology', (and wouldn't expect one). I hope this buyer is more successful with other sellers.
