    I've had a pizza stone before but it got broken in the move and I got a new one that I'm just so happy about. I've already used it and it's becoming cured already. The first pizza I cooked I didn't have any cornmeal so I used Malt-O-Meal and believe it or not it did a great job I'm going to get some cornmeal the next time I'm at the grocery. All in all I really love this Stone

    NOT a Pampered Chef item, bad odor at high temps

    Advertised as "Natural Pampered Chef Pizza Stone..." - it's not. It is "Goodcook Oven Fresh Stoneware" which is available at Target, Walmart etc without shipping charges. Not pleased with the deceptive language. The product appears fine for what it is, time will tell if it holds up. I've had excellent luck with the heavier P.C. stone products for over 20 years. UPDATE - Discontinued use due to bad, house penetrating, smell emitted from this stone at higher temperatures. The smell was awful. Seemed okay for items under 350* but not for pizza at high temps. Had several pizza stones and stone bakeware, but have never had the issues I had with this item.

    Teriffic deal

    This stone replaced one that was dropped and broke. The new one is 2" larger. It heats up fast with very even heat and works wonders for pizza crust. The wire rack is okay for carrying the hot stone but not for setting the stone on a surface the heat would damage. The price was great considering it included postage. I think I just talked myself into buying another one!

    Nice for the price

    I will not use a pizza stone much, so I bought the cheapest one I could find. It does its job well, leaving a nicely baked bottom on the pizza crust. It is well made, looks good and does not break the bank.
