The initial instructions are a little confusing but not to bad. Mine came with a screen protector (would have been nice to have instructions on how to put on, I knew how but others may not). Only had the watch 2 days so still adjusting and learning it. Suggestion: If you want a true survey wait 30 days then ask!

The box looked like it had been opened, perhaps by customs. I messaged the seller, explaining, and they sent a replacement straight away. Thank you Kospet. Your service is as good as my Tank T3 Ultra 2. It’s a shame you don’t have control over the appealing watch face gallery though.
