With that being said, I believe the foot massager was new, but you can't convince me that the box wasn't opened. However, the foot massager seems unused and clean. Close enough! I am not picky.     the dyson air-wrap stops working after a minute of being turned on.

    It will turn on for a minute and then turn off. Is there a trick to getting it to work? We've tried cleaning it and plugging it into different places. My daughter is so disappointed. Any ideas as to what we can do?
