I then received message from the company telling me that the item that they were going to send was damaged and offered me a replacement item or a refund. I have to say I am so impressed with the customer service in this company. Most people would just send it out and say it got damaged shipping . I look forward to doing business with them again.

I would recommend Ivita to others. The only thing to be mindful of is that the the dolls are mass produced can have minor imperfections. Other than that, it was good experience over all!
