    TV Ears lightweight

    I purchased two headsets of the TV Ears on ebay. one of the head sets never worked! It could only hold a charge for about 30 seconds. The other is great, and gives my wife great pleasure in hearing the sound from our TV.

    Some things we have to learn the hard way. One should read the ads carefully. I missed the fact that they were untested and that there was no return on the sale so of course they didn't work. They wouldn't take a charge, but I discovered it was due to faulty batteries. I swapped batteries with the broken pair these were meant to replace and so ended up with a working unit. I'd have saved the others as backup, but this is fine. They work now, and I've learned a valuable lesson.

    sound isn't as clear as other ears I've purchased. Guess that's the risk you take when buying a refurbished unit. won't do this again

    Excellent buy for those with hearing loss!
