    Weight loss support with no side effects

    I added chromium picolinate to my daily regimen after going to the "fat doctor" almost two years ago. I lost 60 lbs w phentermine and the chromium picolinate in 5 months. I stopped taking the phentermine but have continued to take the chromium p (200 mcg once daily). I have kept the weight off (I also work out 3x a week). Everyone is different, but since I started taking it, I have never had my sugar "bottom out" and am no longer border diabetic.
