    Should be a negative review. Not because they sent the wrong item but both times I made contact they didn't answer the question I asked. one being do you have the correct item to send or do I look elsewhere . They did immediately offer my money back although it seems to take day's to get a return label.Not like every other company that emails you a link after its been approved to get a return label. Ebay's issue or the seller? Also it's USPS so maybe not like Fedx or UPS.

    The part was new and exactly as described, and fit perfectly, and functions correctly. It seems to be of equal quality to the OEM part. I think that the seller should use a different shipping service. Overall it is an excellent value to buy one of their brush plate kits rather than buying a starter. Even with the slow shipping I would still purchase again from the seller. Someone had installed the wrong brush plate in my starter and it was spinning backwards. This seller saved me a lot trouble
