They are consistent, helpful, and willing to accommodate. Packaging is non existent and they typically just ship the tire without overwrap. I prefer this. Don’t send my tire in 100lbs of shipping tape, it’s a waste! So Utires really ups the ante there. Their shipping is fast and free. My tires 97% of the time show up as described and in the condition they were shown to be in. Great value too. Thanks again!
