My initial fear upon seeing the image on my Door camera of a beaten up dented box comically marked "Fragile", left by a less than caring FedEx driver were put at ease. Opening the box, the easily breakable plastic fridge shelf was very well padded and wrapped. Communication was consistent and prompt on ordering and when recieved by delivery company, tracking provided early on. Item as described, cheaper than OEM price. Very pleased with this seller.
