I contacted the seller and they confirmed there was an issue and refunded my purchase and told me to just donate the mouse I couldn't use away. This was a very fast turn around when I contacted them, so great to see wonderful customer service like this. I didn't get the product, but in the end, I didn't get charged for it either...
