However the drive has been on for 50k hours, which is apparently what many would call a knock on deaths door. So we'll see if I need to replace this later on or not. It came packaged very well, definitely quality from it. Hoping for the best.

The HDDs needed a SATA power adapter to work, and one arrived broken. The seller is replacing it. Good experience, would recommend!

I was really happy with how the seller resolved the issue promptly. I haven't installed of the drives yet (upgrading a home NAS, so replacing one at a time), but they were packed well, and look good. Great warranty too. Would definitely but from them again in the future.

The replacement fired up without any issues at all and I was able to migrate all 12TB of data. Price is great and decided to purchase another one. Hoping I never need the warranty but it adds peace of mind and shows the seller believes in their product. Items are packaged with great care and shipping was fast.

Unfortunately, I had to return these two HDDs due to having some bad sectors but goharddrive was quick to respond, issue me a pre-paid label to ship them back and issue me a full refund! Their customer service is second to none and I will most certainly purchase from them again when I need more HDDs! Highly recommend! A+++++ seller!

One of the drives was DoA, but I sent an email to GoHarddrive's customer service and had a RMA return label later the same day.
