Contacted seller and the response was "Hello, The part is in fully working condition. It should work properly if installed correctly." So I wanted to exchange it. No response. I tried to order another one. I WAS BLOCKED FROM THEIR STORE. So I returned it for a refund. I was able to replace the butterfly under the key on my broken keyboard so all is good now.Reply from: appleparts- Feedback replied by seller appleparts.- Feedback replied by seller appleparts.Just a regular day of eBay seller -> sell a part -> a buyer doesn't know how to install it -> request a replacement, which makes no sense since he doesn't know how to install it -> receive a return -> send a full refund, despite the part got broken -> get a negative feedback. This is all considering we have free returns, we pay for the shipping both ways. Have a great day!

Seller was fast, communicated with me consistently and with speed, and made sure my product was of excellent quality. If I were to ever buy another Apple product (I just needed this one for drawing,) I'd completely do it here :)
