The thing still works great and goes fast. Mine came with the 2nd gen motor (model # on tire started with 9). All of the plastic peels were left on there too, which was nice~ Overall super worth price, compared to buying brand new.

Unbeatable for the price! Basically same as a rental scooter.
Ebay certified refurbished is outstanding - received it looking brand new, even the tires. With about 4 days & 70 miles on the MAX, I’m extremely pleased. No more spending $$ money on rental scooters!! Pros: - Long range & great battery (advertised 40mi but 25 is more realistic to expect which is more than enough) - Great on small hills, can go up some larger ones but a bit slowly. - Awesome tires, brand new - Cruise control & regenerative breaking (in app settings) Cons: - Speed, although scooter speedometer says 18mph, I tested using the speedometer on the Waze app on my phone (not sure if that’s more accurate) and it said 16 mph & topped out at 17. Can’t complain much, I’m about 215 lbs and overall it handles me just fine. - Lack of suspension, but the great tires mostly make up for it. Just don’t hit big bumps but bend your legs if you do.

Great Investment!!
These scooters are awesome! They have 3 different speed modes, have cruise control, horn, headlight, rear light, burglar alarm, plenty of room for a grown person to stand on comfortably, and can go amazingly long distances on a single charge!! My teenage son has been using his scooter to go into town, run his errands and hang out with his friends in town, and return back home again using a very small percentage of his battery... and we live 5 miles outside of town! And with the gas prices what they are, you just cannot beat this gem of an electric scooter! My husband is even talking about taking it to work and back to save on gas!!

The Max!
I love this electric scooter!! It runs like a horse and can go up to 28 miles in a Sports Mode. I've been driving this scooter for over 20 miles on a daily basis since I bought it 2 weeks ago.
