Started right up and was updated to Android 11 quickly (was supposed to be v12). I have AT&T service and calls and texts worked fine. However the phone would not connect to the internet over 5G and the GPS was not functional on Google Maps either. Unfortunate since I was really looking forward to trying this phone since I wanted a ruggedized phone and had read good things about Umidigi. I returned the phone.
