Claims to be a REAL DVD wher infact its a blank dvd with the program thrown onto it then put through a printer to print the dvd label. Did not work on windows 10 and even the way they suggested it just continuously fails. If it was a proper program you should be able to run it via your desktop. Looking at sellers other dvds they are the same. Seller also claims to be the copyright owner but this is very unlikely seeing its a public domain program and can be downloaded for free
