Negative: Box was very damaged and controller was dirty? Didn’t seem new as advertised but we don’t want to send back and be without a controller again so we will keep it.
Overall ok order though not worth giving bad feedback over since we want to keep it anyway.

Ordered a item listed new, it showed up in very bad condition, this is not the first time this is happened although I have also had success with ordering new items and they show up in good condition from the this buyer. So I’m not sure what went wrong with this one. I was planning on keeping this in the box as a collectors item and the box is trashed so it has lost most of its value. Can’t say I’m not disappointed. I did reach out to customer service. Just waiting on a response.

I received the device in all apparent described condition, item packaging and itme both looked new however Mic was crackd and hanging from headset, Device was registered for warranty coverage over 4 months ago as well. The seller was very communicative on issue and we agreed to a compromise discount I repaired the headeset microphone myself as unfortunatley the Manufacturer could not extend the warranty to my actual purchase date. Over all my experience though not perfect was acceptable
