Ebay added VAT at point of purchase and then when it arrived UK I had to pay VAT again before I could collect my parcel. eBay customer service have been really poor in understanding and resolving this. I would advise if making a purchase be carefully if it totals over £130 UK customs charges and VAT as well as an £8 handling fee
