    Ergo grip is a great value

    The Ergo grip stock adapter is good basis for building a tactical Mossberg 500. It is a good quality, inexpensive way to start a tactical build. The only negative is the downward angle at which the ergo grip adapter sets on the shotgun. This may not be as aesthetically or ergonomically pleasing as the Mesa tactical stock adapter. However, it is only a fraction of the cost and still functions very well.

    Puts the stock at a weird angle

    Puts the stock at an angle that is practically unusable. Wish they would make one with the same grip angle, but kick the stock angle back to where it should be. 1st picture is the ergo adapter, second picture is an adapter from Tac Star

    Adapted for Dickinson Arms 12GA - working for me

    I have a Dickinson Arms 12 GA, since its not as popular as other makes, I had to find something that was close enough to make minor modification to, first run looks good, but I will probably order another now that I have the fine tuning on this adapter. Looks good, buffer tube angle is about where I would expect I will do a follow up review with pictures

    Ergo tactical adapter

    I installed this adapter on a Mossberg 500. The adapter and hardware that came with the adapter threaded up and fitment to the receiver was good. A UTG folding stock adapter was threaded easily into the Ergo threads and locked up tight. I used an unused AR grip that came with the Ruger trigger kit and a take off DPMS commercial six position buffer tube, both items fit well. The drop with this adapter is perfect for use with the factory bead sight on the Mossberg. This adapter allowed me to use a grip and buffer tube/ stock that I had laying around from other projects. In conjunction with the UTG folding adapter the Ergo adapter allowed me to set up my Mossberg 500 with folding six position stock for around $50 (not counting take off parts).     Bad Angle

    I bought 2 of these and both of them have an issue where the pistol grip attaches, it cants the grip into an forward position which not only feels uncomfortable, but looks crappy. I bought them over the competitors because I like the Ergo products, I have 3 pistol grips on my ARs and they are great, however these really missed the mark... Not happy at all!
