Easy to install, energy efficient, virtually silent.
Easy to install because there are fewer parts and only a 4 screws that need to be used for installation. That's right, only 4 screws. Two are used to anchor the mounting bracket to the ceiling. The remaining two are used to attach the bell housing to the ceiling anchor to cover the wiring. The remote control receiver is built into the ceiling fan. Only 3 wires need to be connected (hot, neutral, ground) for a single poll switch. A forth blue wire is optional if there are two switches controlling the fan. Each of the three blades are pressed into position and are secure. No screws are used. The light has to LED 60 w equivalent bulbs. A remote controls the light dimmer and the ceiling fan speed.
