    End it was a positive exchange as the wrong product was sent. They were not aware of that so they cheerfully refunded my money with lots of communication back-and-forth. In fact I think they sent me a gift card and then they also reimbursed me on Venmo so they made right what was not right in the first place. When buying cosmetics on eBay be careful of the expiration dates I would say as well. As mentioned cosmetics, don’t always have an expiration date. You have to scan the lot number.
