slightly less than perfect
This remote saved me from having to start from scratch with a new DVD player (and possibly a new TV as well), but it has one non-working button: the open-close button. It could be worse, but it is slightly less than perfect and slightly less than the "tested and working" claim, so I gave it 4 stars rather than 5. Otherwise, the whole order and shipping experience was great.
