What sets this apart from the others is that once zeroed, it will not lose its setting, despite using a QD mount system, getting beat up, or firing hundreds of rounds. It features easily adjustable side buttons with a locking, quick detach lever for easy attachment and removal. The Eotech EXPS2 model holographic sight features a transversely mounted lithium 123 battery. The Eotech EXPS2 holographic sight features an average battery life at brightness level 12 of roughly 600 hours. With the average lithium battery life being between 500 to 600 hours, you can be sure the Eotech EXPS2 holographic weapon sight is ready for action at any moment, whether day or night. The sight features an auto battery check indicator in the form of a flashing reticle upon start-up. The device comes with an auto shutdown at 8 hours but is programmable to 4 hours. The battery cap and latch are eliminated and replaced with a simple O-ring, tethered cap, allowing for a better seal. The battery compartment on the XPS2 model is now separated from the base to allow it to hover over the delta ring of the rifle. The Eotech EXPS2 features a reticle with a 65MOA circle with two 1 MOA aimpoint dots. Featuring an adjustment range of +/- 40 MOA travel, you can easily manipulate the sight to your required settings. The hologram’s projection also means that you don’t have to worry about eye relief. The unit features a return to zero that is repeatable to within 2 MOA after re-mounting. The black EXPS2 features a quick detach lever compatible with both 1-inch Weaver and MIL-STD-1913 rail mounts and is adjustable for width variation. Enjoy a real two-eyes-open shooting and an unmatched targeting experience. At 2.9 inches high, it provides iron sights co-witness access in the lower third of the viewing window. The Eotech EXPS2-2 series sight is also waterproof up to 3 meters, providing optimum performance regardless of the conditions. Featuring a weight of 11.2 oz., you can take this sight on the road or on any trip. The Eotech EXPS2-2 series 65MOA black holographic red dot sight is compatible with varying types of magnifiers, weapons, and rifles. Add this sight to any of your existing scopes for increased performance and better sight control. Additional accessories include storage cases to protect the device when not in use.
