    Great add on for additional TV's to your X1 system - buy these not the standard X1 remote!

    If you are like me and have too many TV's and use the coax connection off from your X1 system to feed additional TV's these remotes come in and work perfectly. You can support multiple TV's off from the coax line (although you don't get HD) and these Voice Remote's are great. I also found out that these Voice Remotes support a LOT more TV's than the standard remote and for the price you might as well get the voice feature. I tested these vs the standard remotes and the standard remotes did not work on 4 of my 7 TV's while these worked on ALL of them. These were shipped very fast and are great units.

    OK BUT

    As it turned out my X1 box is not compatible with Voice Control. If your box did not come with a VC remote then it is useless. I contacted Comcast and they told me the reason, they would send me a new box for $15.00 but not knowing if I could set it up myself it would cost me $70.00 to have someone come to my house and hook it up. I opted out as I do not watch TV that often so my new remote is in a drawer sitting there to never be used. No bad issues with the product just a heads up to anyone else considering buying one. Comcast may give me a refund for the cost of the remote as there was no mention of my box not having the compatibility for it's use.

    I replaced both of my Xfinity XR-15 remo...

    I replaced both of my Xfinity XR-15 remotes with the older model (but better) XR-11s. Certain of the XR-15 buttons, on both remotes, were consistently unreliable, such as the Volume and TV Input buttons. Pressing these buttons would invariably under or over-shoot the desired setting, requiring very touchy retries to achieve the setting. The XR-11 eliminates the overly sensitive button problems, and adds a 5 second Replay button and a Last button, as well. I'm very happy with the purchase.

    Easy to use and hold

    I bought this as a back-up for the X1 remote given to me by Comcast. It's seems to be the exact same remote, works just as well, and came with batteries and manual. I love all the features of the X1 system, the remote feels well balanced in your hand, and the buttons are right there near your thumb where you need them to be. Buttons are nice, and not too stiff or sticky. A slight design flaw of this remote is that it kind of looks the same at the top and the bottom (especially in a darkened room), so I put a small smiley face sticker at the top so you can tell instantly.

    A well built, easy to use remote.

    I bought this remote to take the place of the new XR15 remotes we were issued with our new cable box (the XR11's were no longer available through Comcast). The new ones are terrible compared to the XR11. This remote is super easy to program and was up and running in a couple of minutes. The buttons have a very nice feel to them and work great. The remote can be set up for RF signal so it is not necessary to point it directly at the box. The voice control also works nicely with minimal delay.
