JUST WHAT I NEEDED!
The grind is fine enough to make my bread and any other place I might be tempted to use a wheat product- which would have me sick for a week! You cannot go carb-free and stray healthy, you need a little, be it allergies, or blood sugar if wheat is out this is an excellent option. The flour may be 100% rye. The bag was 100% paper, not unreasonably inked or glossed; a wonderful surprise. The rye flour acts its part with little variance.
