All parts were included inside, and the condition appeared like new, not counting the box. With the added coupon this was a great value. The only thing missing from the description on the web site was what mechanical keys where included. Mine were Red. The quality in my opinion, you just can't ask for better without paying a lot more. After checking the security camera footage, I saw the delivery person roughly throwing it at my door. After providing the footage and pictures of the damaged product, the seller responded quickly and offered me a return and refund. They are indeed a very responsible seller.
