Nice American made product.
Fairly easy to install and hook up. Runs on 110v so no need to have 220v. Great for my sink sink in my work shop. Water flow must be a little slow to give time for water to heat but it will get very warm which is fine for washing hands.

Eemax works for the most part, but element fails
Twice needed to replace the element on the original and now the whole unit so this was my purchase. I use at a business and did not want to change model due to plumbing costs.
