Now onto the product... unbeaten price for the specs, however it runs pretty hot inside so an aftermarket CPU cooler is a must (stock Intel coolers are bad by design, so this isn't new). Everything looks fresh and basically new for a refurbished unit altho it's worth noting that mine came with a defective DIMM_A1 slot, I hope the warranty covers it.
