    I am so upset about this order. I placed it on Dec. 26th because I needed it for a class that begins January 17th. Now it is January 13th--the beginning of a long weekend before MLK day--and the book still hasn't even shipped. I've requested expedited shipping today or a refund, but eBay states I have to wait until the end of next week for a response or an action. Now I don't have the money needed to buy the book elsewhere. This is terrible service that has put me in a real bind.
