Condition of each component: • Bivy sack: perfect working order • Summer weight bag: small rust stain, Velcro worn out (nobody uses the Velcro) • Winter weight: perfect working order, Velcro worn out (nobody uses the Velcro) • Small stuff sack: working order, huge sun/bleach stain • large stuff sack: missing most male buckle ends for compression straps, no physical damage Easy/cheap fix overall.

Straightened some of the teeth, lubed with silicone grease and worked on it for about 30 min. Zipper is now functioning great. Will need to patch two areas one on each bag, and the compression sack is missing some buckles. Going to wash it. Happy with purchase.

There was a little tearing around a single button on the patrol bag, tiny scratch in the intermediate bag, and the velcro (that nobody ever uses) had came off the bivy. The large compression sack and small compression sack A had missing buckles. 100% still in good working order despite pre-disclosed damage. Package shipped quickly.
