    He lives in Hawaii, the shipping of a cast iron intake manifold would cost 6 times what he paid for shipping. I said it would be stupid for me to get a total of $125 including shipping from him and spend $300 to ship it. Only our Federal government would be willing to lose money like that. He did not ask if i would ship to HI prior to the purchase nor did he offer to pay the $300 for shipping.
