    Received system board and the board had a bad usb port in it. item was being sold as new, but they are not new. a new board does not come with damage ports on it. Sent back item and the dealer try to say that it was not in org. package which that was a lie and he deducted 15. oo off amount of refund and he has a complaint with eBay against him for this item. Set back in same package as received. This seller try to rip me off on this item! BUYERS BEWARE, EXTERME BAD SELLER !

    This buyer returned the motherboard with reason "no display" and "a bad USB port". After tested the returned item, found it is working properly with no problem with any USB ports. Buyer's problem must be caused by other components or improper installation. The reason of 15 percent deduction($13.49) was there were signs of being used/installed, which is per eBay's return policy. It was covered by eBay. Buyer received full refund. The 2 way shipping cost and eBay fees are ever more than $13.49.

    Item was NOT new as described. There was old tape and residue from a prior installation. Even though it was not new it worked out perfectly. Packaged very well and shipped quickly. I would buy from this seller again. Just don't expect "new".... Maybe just "New to you".
