It came in an apple MacBook box very similar to apple’s, and all contents, (charger, manual) were provided. Ran into some issues later. The charger provided broke within 3 days of using. They promptly sent me a replacement, and I got it super fast. Unfortunately it was the wrong one, but they refunded a partial payment to cover the cost of the charger. The refund covered almost all of the cost of the Apple MagSafe 3 charger.
