    I charged it in about three hours, then ran it for about 20 to 30 minutes. That's how long it lasts in continuous use. but I did a lot of vacuuming in that time. It pulled a lot of dirt and hair from all surfaces I tried it on. All you have to do is push the button on the side, and holding chamber door opens and dumps its contents. It charged in about two hours the second time. The one problem that I ran into was that the power switch was easy to accidentally turn on and off. Otherwise I have been quite satisfied with the quality, ease of use and performance. I would highly recommend this product, especially if you have pets. Thanks, Shark.

    Great little handheld, but it does have a high pitched whine.

    This thing really sucks, but in the good way cause it is a vacuum. THE only negative I have with it is that it has a high pitched ring when it is turned on. This is the second one I have had because I thought that ringing was a problem ...but as it turns out they all ring like that. So if you are prone to headaches I would probably warn you away from it (unless you want to wear ear protection or headphone when you are using it). Otherwise it is a great little machine and easy to use, clean, charge and change tools on!

    Powerful powered brush picks up pet hair pronto

    I am not normally one to write reviews, but this vacuum inspired me.to do so. It is a really excellent product. The powered brush works great to pick up pet hair. I am so glad that I bought the model with the powered brush. The battery is strong, as is the suction. It was easy to empty the dust bin. All around a really excellent product. Highly recommended.
