Seller and shipping were good. The bar oil tank leaked before the saw was ever started, the chain brake is ridiculously stiff, and the carb needed some tuning for it to idle, even when warmed up, but for an $80 saw, that is still pretty impressive. If it was a $200 saw it would get two stars with those issues, but honestly for the price, it works better than it should.

I rated the Neotec Top Handle chainsaw as 4 stars because it’s not a Stihl or Echo. I own a Stihl top handle and it’s a great saw, but is worth 3 times the price? No. If you’re planning to use the Neotec saw daily, it probably not for you. But for occasional homeowner type work, I would highly recommend it. I opened the box, assembly was simple and fast. Mixed 25-1 gas using Stihl ultra oil, filled the gas and bar oil tanks, purged the “bubble”. Cranked on third pull, no carb adjustment needed!

Honestly I was very surprised with the quality of this little saw. It fired right up and cut good. The chain that came with it appears to be of good quality and very sharp. For the price of this saw, I don't have a single bad thing to say about it.

This is the cutest little chainsaw I've ever seen. A powerful little engine with the balls of a pit bull. I fueled it up and it started right up. I put corn oil in it for the chain lube, and then after putting a bullet through the head of the wild pig I caught the night before, I went to town on piggy with my new Neotec. It cut like a hot knife through butter. Now the freezer is full of pork and the buzzards are eating the rest. Saw no Good!
I would not recommend it as it has no working muffler on it and is so Loud I can not use it in my area cause the neighbors call the Law on me. You can see the Hole in the side where the muffler goes. Also the chain oiler does not work even though the adjustment screw is turned wide open. The carb will not adjust and it keeps bogging down while cutting! Would recommend spending a few more $'s and getting a working saw! Neotec Top Handle Saw
I believe the saw is a great value to cut small branches after a tree is down.. has good RPM and lightweight. So far i have used it for several hours over the course of several days. I believe i will be purchasing a larger CC NeoTec saw later in the year since this one seems to be better than i expected for the price.
